Saturday, January 14, 2023 – Location for all meetings will be Holiday Inn and Suites

Branch Meetings – 8:30am start for each. Must be done by 11:00am
Artillery Meeting – York Room – 30 Seats – Head table for 5 people
Cavalry Meeting – Potomac Room – 30 Seats – Head table for 5 people
Infantry Meeting – James Room – 40 Seats – Head table for 5 people

Lunch 11:00am to 12:30pm

Corps Meeting – Call to Order at 12:30pm in Chesapeake Ballroom
Must be completed by 4:00pm

Reservation for the Event will be made by individual attendees directly with the Hotel’s reservation

department by calling 757-229-9990. The cutoff date for these rooms is __12/14/22___ , 30 days prior to arrival. After the cutoff date no reservations will be accepted at the special group rate. Guests will be accommodated on a Space and Rate Available Basis.

The check in time is 3:00 p.m. and check out time is 11:00 a.m. Hotel will accommodate any early arrivals on a space availability basis. Guaranteed Reservations: All room reservations must be guaranteed for arrival by a first night’s deposit or major credit card. Individual cancellation must be received 14 days prior to arrival otherwise a first nights’ lodging charge will be applicable. Each individual credit card will be billed the 1st night’s room and tax 14 days prior to arrival
